3D Objects on demand

We can develop new types of 3D objects for your specific tasks, and integrate them into your custom version of our software.

Instead of composing complex objects from 2D/3D primitives, you can order specific types of 3D objects from us. Then you will be able to include these custom objects in different scenes.

The custom objects will be described by their parameters, like other basic 2D/3D primitives, so you will be able to manage their parameters as you do with other basic objects.

Typical general cases

Contact us if your situation can be described in the following points:

  • There are some specific types of objects that you are most frequently dealing with. It could be certain kinds of equipment you are manufacturing, assembling from parts, or installing. Or it could be objects you are measuring or researching.
  • These objects can differ slightly in their dimensions or shape. Their dimensions and shape can be described by a few parameters.
  • You would like to illustrate how these specific objects look in different environments, or how they can be allocated, assembled, connected, measured, etc.

The basic version of Shadow Analyzer includes some schematic examples of such specific object types: the building objects and a building fragment, an oriel. See the object types "Bld_41" to "Bld_44" and "BlF_Oriel" in the "NEW" combo box of Shadow Analyzer and the example scene file "SA_HouseT.sa1".

Specific professional cases

The solar energy equipment is sensitive to both kinds of shadow effects: the self-shadowing (when one part of the equipment casts shadows on its other parts), and external shadowing (when other objects or buildings cast shadows on the collector area).

Contact us if your project has the following features:

  • There are some specific types of solar energy equipment that you are most frequently dealing with. It could be the equipment you are manufacturing, or third-party equipment you are installing.
  • You would like to analyze what role the shadow effects would play in different engineering solutions, or how the equipment can be optimally allocated, mounted, or installed in a particular environment of the in-place installation, or how the equipment will behave on different geographical latitudes.

The basic version of Shadow Analyzer includes one schematic example of this type of equipment: a rectangular array of 2-axes-suntracking rectangles. See the object type "Arr RectST" in the "NEW" combo box of Shadow Analyzer and the example scene file "SV_Suntrack_on_Equator.sa1".
